7-day return and exchange policy with condition-based eligibility rules.

To be eligible, the item should be unused, unwashed, and returned in saleable condition with original tags, packaging, and accessories, if any. Proof of purchase may be required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be eligible for return or exchange unless damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required under applicable law: intimate or hygiene-sensitive products, used products, clearance items marked non-returnable, customised or personalised items, and items damaged due to misuse.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly with clear photographs, order details, and a description of the issue. After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another suitable resolution.

5. Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer store credit, an alternative item, or refund where applicable.

6. Return Pickup and Shipping

Return pickup availability depends on your pin code and courier coverage. In some cases, customers may be asked to self-ship the product to the return address shared by our support team. Where a return is approved due to our error, defective product, or wrong item, reasonable return logistics may be supported by us.

7. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method or by another appropriate method, depending on the transaction mode and operational feasibility. Processing timelines may vary by payment provider or bank.
