Cancellation Policy
How and when an order may be cancelled before or after processing.

This Cancellation Policy explains when an order may be cancelled and how any eligible refund will be handled.
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation before the order has been packed, processed, or dispatched. We will try to accommodate such requests, but cancellation is not guaranteed once order processing has begun.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, the order may instead be governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, subject to eligibility.
3. Seller-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases including pricing error, stock unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, operational limitations, or inability to service the delivery location. If payment has already been received, eligible refund will be processed accordingly.
4. Refund on Cancellation
Eligible refunds for cancelled orders are generally processed to the original payment source. Timelines may vary based on the bank, card network, UPI provider, wallet, or payment gateway involved.
